Concrete inspections will be taking place again this year. We should be rounding the corner on the concrete repairs.
Driveways will be re-inpected and repairs and sealing will take place this summer. Complete for the Season
Roof inspections are complete...minor repairs needed.
Inpection for painting will take place next year.
Shutter replacement is complete. Doors will be painted to match shutters (see schedule below).
Bee, hornet and wasp nest removal ( as needed).
Front porch & garage lights for the community to be replaced (Nearly Complete)
Painting Phases:
Phase I (2012): Even Numbered addresses on Grandview Court.
Phase II (2013): Odd Numbered addresses on Grandview Court.
Phase III (2014): All of Liam and Westwood.
The date variation depends on what the inspections find.
Door Painting to Match Shutters
Last year, your Association began replacing our aging shutters. This process was completed this past Spring. A few buildings had shutters installed that do not match the doors. Between now and October 15th, the following addresses will be painted (weather permitting).
The rest of the doors will be painted during your normal painting cycle beginning in 2012. Please understand, painting of the doors is the reponsibility of the homeowner as it is a limited common element; however, the Association feels if we paint them, we are guaranteed they are all the same color.

October 1st: 7441-7449 Grandview 7312-7320 Grandview Homeowners must be available all day on their paint day so the paint can dry as they will be putting on 2 coats beginning at 8am. If you cannot be home by 8am and remain all day, you must re-schedule for the following dates: October 8th & 15th. If owners are not home our last paint date, October 15th, the door will be painted in the closed position. The painting company will let the property manager know what residents are not home on their date.
We understand how busy you are and many work on the weekends. We are truly hoping you can help us out and make sure someone is at your home to open the doors and leave them open until both coats are applied and dry.
