2012 Work Plans:

Repairs and Maintenance update: 

1. Concrete inspections will be taking place again this year.  We should be rounding the corner on the concrete repairs.
2. Driveways will be re-inpected and repairs and sealing will take place this summer.   
3. Bids are being accepted for unit painting (3 year phase).
4. Roof & siding replacement.  We are currently discussing options and taking bids.  Both projects are going to be costly; therefore phased in over years.

Painting Phases:

• Phase I (2012): Inner Circle on Grandview Court.
• Phase II (2013): Outer Circle on Grandview Court.
• Phase III (2014): All of Liam and Westwood.

The date variation depends on what the inspections find.
